hy..i want to perform my style. I'm not big or massive...but i have explosive energy and mutch power...i play basketball so i cand jump very high ...i know alot of things about gym workout,i mean how to train muscles to help you, cand help me to use this in a great way...to become a good fighter.THANK'S
I had an idea, maybe a section for suggestions on how to cope with injury and how you know if it is serious enough to goto the doctor. I have not been to a doctor since i can't remember i would like to keep it that way., I avoid serious injury but some douch kicked me in the hand cause i was beating him at a video game, now my wrist hasn't been right for a week. I hope i didn't fracture it
I would like to see who trains the same martial art and who lives in my area. I did not find this yet, so is that feature given?
